Each product is photographed in a unique way, and the colors displayed are true to life. Nevertheless, it is possible that colors may vary slightly from one computer to another.

On each product page, you will find all available sizes and details about the item. You can also find brief instructions about shoe care and shipping and returns information. 

You can find a complete size guide in the footer by clicking on the “Size Guide”. Alternatively, you may find it on all product pages

To be notified when a sold-out item becomes available again, submit  on the item’s page, the form, select the size you need, and then enter your email address.

Through your account, you can easily change delivery addresses, access your order history, process a return, add items to your wish list, manage your email subscriptions, and check your coupons and gift certificates.

To make purchases on petitfourshoes.com, you do not need to register. However, we suggest you create an account to access exclusive areas, promotions, and services dedicated to our customers. If, by any motive, you need to cancel your account, please contact us.

If you have forgotten your password, don’t worry. Follow the "Forgot your password?" link on our sign-in page and enter your email address. You’ll then receive an email to reset your password

Be the first to know about new arrivals, promotions, and exclusive offers by entering your email address under "Subscribe to our newsletter" at the bottom of our homepage. Email preferences can be easily managed under "My Account". If, later on, you do not wish to receive our newsletter anymore, you can unsubscribe at any moment by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of every newsletter. A web page will be open, where you can confirm that you want to unsubscribe. We ask you to take into account that you may still receive several more communications before your request is fulfilled. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Placing an order is easy at petitfourshoes.com. Here’s how:

● From the product page, select the desired color and shoe size;

● Add the product to your Cart;

● Once you have finished shopping, click on Cart or click ​"Checkout"​;

● Enter your shipping details;

● Select a ​shipping method​ and a payment method

● Enter your payment details

● If applicable, enter a gift card code and apply it

● Check that the information you entered is correct and click ​"Buy Now"​.

After a few minutes, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. From this moment on, our warehouse will take care of everything, and as soon as the order is shipped, we will notify you with another confirmation email.

For each order, Petitfour issues an invoice; this document will be attached in the Shipping Confirmation email. Once the order has been confirmed, there is no way to modify the details you have entered, and it is not possible to issue a new invoice.

Please note: Placing an item in your shopping cart or wish list does not reserve it. 

If, after 20 minutes of completing your order, you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your email spam and if not received let us know through our Contact us page. We will be glad to sort out this issue for you. 

Your order will be carefully packaged in a protective box to ensure it arrives at you in excellent condition. Additional branded items, such as dust bags, may be included. 

We believe that a woman would feel beloved and unique by receiving any of our gorgeous Petitfour models. Nevertheless, if you are unsure which one to buy, you can still bring a smile to her face with a gift card. Here’s how:

• Go to the gifting page;

• Select the amount you would like to offer with a minimum value of €25;

• Type the personal message for the recipient keeping to a limit of 255 characters;

• Choose to offer a printed card, an e-card or both;

• Add the gift to your cart and click on "Cart";

• Select the payment method;

• Enter your shipping details and, on the following page, your payment details;

• Check that the information you entered is correct and click "Buy Now". After a few minutes, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. 

As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible to cancel or make any changes to an order. Unfortunately, we are unable to add items to an existing order, but we welcome you to place a new order for any additional pieces.

All orders will be charged in EUR. Your card issuer may see your payment as an international transaction and may charge an additional fee. For further details on this, please contact your card issuer directly.

We only offer Express Shipping because it guarantees your order arrives in perfect conditions. 

When ordering from within the EU, we will not charge shipping fees. When ordering from outside the EU, we will charge a shipping fee of 20€ for countries included in DHL rating zones 1 to 7 ​. For countries rated 8 or above, we will charge 30€. 

Once your order details are confirmed, your item will be carefully prepared and sent on its way within two business days. After dispatch, and depending on your location, it will take 2 to 7 business days for DHL to deliver your order. Typically, for most of Europe and the USA, it will arrive within 2-4 days. For the rest of the world, the delivery time will be between 3-7 days.

You can keep updated with tracking information and estimated delivery date through our courier. DHL offers an innovative, designed service to reduce failed delivery attempts and improve the Receiver experience. Receivers are kept informed of estimated delivery dates via SMS and email
messages. Receivers choose up to six delivery options via the On-Demand Delivery website. ​You can also follow your order on your account under “My Orders”.

Purchasing on our website is reserved for end consumers. When ordering from within the EU, sales taxes (VAT) are already included in the price. On orders from outside the EU, the final price excludes import duties, sales taxes, and additional custom taxes you may incur. As the recipient, you must instead pay these directly to our carrier to release your order from customs upon arrival. For more details, please contact your local customs office/respective tax authority.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, ​American Express, and Visa Electron​) as well as PayPal. 

We are very serious about safe shopping. On petitfourshoes.com, every purchase is made with maximum security thanks to the use of Trustwave and Geotrust-certified secure servers and the implementation of the most advanced encryption services (SSL). We only use protected connections, as demonstrated by the "https" URL prefix and the lock symbol that appears in the browser's address bar. To safeguard your credit card purchases, you will always be asked to enter your CVV code for every order.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., and their e-commerce platform allows us to sell our products to you. Your data is stored on Shopify’s databases and their general application. They store your information on a secure server, protected by a firewall. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify will store your credit card data encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data will be stored only the amount of time necessary for you to complete the transaction. After that, the purchase information is deleted. All the direct payment gateway​ we use adhere to the standards set by (PCI-DSS) and managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which comprehends a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. If you pay by debit card or PayPal, Petitfour will take payment at the moment your order is placed on our site. If you pay by credit card, full payment is usually made once your order is ready for shipping, though your bank or card issuer may reserve the order amount in your account immediately. 

If your purchase isn’t quite what you expected, you can return it. You can apply for a refund within 14 days of your delivery date using our free returns service. Please note that the products must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and undamaged with all original tags attached.

Access ​“My Orders & Returns”​ in your Petitfour account to arrange a return or contact us for assistance. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return it and place a new order.

The item must be unworn, in the same condition that you received and in its original packaging. As worn items are non-refundable, we highly recommend trying your shoes on in a carpeted area, as this will preserve the sole of the shoe. Shipping and Returns

Follow these steps to prepare your item: 1. Place any unwanted items with original packaging inside the protective Petitfour box and leave it open until the driver has checked the contents. 2. Attach the return label and a signed copy of the return note on the outside of the Petitfour box. Please do not attach any labels to an item’s branded box. 

Using the tracking number assigned to your return label, you can follow the progress of your package with our courier. When your item is received and accepted, we will send you an email to confirm the completion of your refund. Refunds are issued via the original payment method and will usually appear within ten business days, depending on the processing time of your payment provider. To ensure your refund is as quick as possible, please ensure all items meet the conditions of our Shipping and Returns Policy. ​

While we offer free returns for all orders, taxes, and duties are non-refundable through Petitfour. You may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office directly. 

Petitfour guarantees greater transparency and protection of your data following the European regulation on the protection of personal data (GDPR), applicable as of May 25, 2018.
